mixed greens & herbs
tomato 
avocado
 
tahini dressing: tahini, lemon juice, water, salt, & dill

Nomi Shannon's sunflower pate

Nomi Shannon's sunflower pate

3 cups of sunflower seeds, soaked overnight, then sprouted for 2-4 hours
1 cup lemon juice
Garlic and sea salt to taste

Puree in food processor. Voila!

Chocolate Pudding by Jordan White Springer

Chocolate Pudding
- 1-2 avocados
- carob to taste
- dates paste (dates blended w/ water) or other sweetener
(agave, coconut nectar, honey, etc) to taste
- water as needed
Blend the avocado w/ enough water for a pudding consistency.
Blend in the sweetener. If using date paste, which is more
water-rich, use less water when blending the avocado initially.
Blend in the carob. Chill (if you can wait! ;D) and enjoy.
