Raw Chili recipe

 Chili

1 cup sprouted lentils/adzuki beans/black eyed peas/garbanzo beans/mung beans (any combination thereof works)
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 Red Bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes soaked, save water
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 jalapeno or 1 thai pepper, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp sea salt, chili powder, oregano
3 sprigs basil chopped

Prep all ingredients, set aside 1 cup tomatoes, the sprouted stuff and cilantro.
Use sundried tomato liquid and blend everything else. Stir in the stuff you set aside

  3. If anyone liked the kale salad here is the recipe:
    -leaves from a head of kale
    -1/4 cup olive oil
    -1/4 cup honey
    -1 minced garlic
    -1/2 cup raisins
    -1/2 cup of some kind of nut

    In a mixing bowl combine kale leaves, honey, oil, and garlic Massage the leaves for about five min. Mix in the nuts.
