Chocolate Pudding by Jordan White Springer

Chocolate Pudding
- 1-2 avocados
- carob to taste
- dates paste (dates blended w/ water) or other sweetener
(agave, coconut nectar, honey, etc) to taste
- water as needed
Blend the avocado w/ enough water for a pudding consistency.
Blend in the sweetener. If using date paste, which is more
water-rich, use less water when blending the avocado initially.
Blend in the carob. Chill (if you can wait! ;D) and enjoy.
